Pursuant to Sacramento County Code, Chapter 2.62, Section 2.62.005, this notice is given regarding the lease of industrial land:

1. Approximately 12.26 acres industrial property, zoned M2-S Heavy Industrial, located at 8550 Fruitridge Road Sacramento, CA 95826. The property has a transferrable “Solid Waste Facility Permit”. Prior to 1999 the site was used to transfer municipal solid waste from 12,000 square feet tipping floor into open-top semi-trailers parked below the tipping floor grade. The waste tipping area drains to the sewer system.
2. Term: Five (5) year term.
3. Proposals will be accepted no later than 5:00 P.M, Friday, September 5, 2008, at County of Sacramento Real Estate Division, Attn: John Dito, 10545 Armstrong Ave., Suite 202D, Mather, CA 95655.
4. Lease will be subject to approval by the County of Sacramento Board of Supervisors.
5. Site includes 1,610 square foot masonry building with offices, restrooms, kitchen and eating area capable of sheltering 8-12 workers. Site also includes a commercial truck scale and 230 square foot scale-attendant building with restroom.
6. Lease terms of land and building NNN. Tennant will be responsible for all maintenance and services to property. Prospective applicant will need to factor such terms into proposal.
7. The monthly lease rate will be fixed for the five year term.
8. The County of Sacramento reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
