Agricultural Property for Lease

NW Franklin Blvd. & Sims Rd.

  1. Approximately 125 acres dry pasture for cattle grazing, located west of Franklin Boulevard, east of Union Pacific Railroad and Laguna Station Road, and north of Sims Road in Sacramento, CA.
  2. Term: 3 years
  3. Proposals will be accepted no later than 4:00 P.M. PST, Thursday, May 15, 2008, at County of Sacramento Real Estate Division, Attn: Ellen Desvarro, 10545 Armstrong Ave., Suite 202D, Mather, CA 95655. Proposals received after the deadline stated above will not be considered.
  4. Lease will be executed by the Chief Real Estate Agent in accordance with Section 2.62.035 of the Sacramento County Code.
  5. Only cash rent will be considered. At the beginning of the second lease year and every lease year thereafter, the then current rent will be subject to a cost of living adjustment.
